2020 AFMTE Survey
We need your feedback! The AFMTE has compiled a 2020 Annual Survey, which we request all massage educators to complete to help guide our offers and projects in the coming year.
The survey inquires in three areas of topics relevant to massage educators: a) potential topics for our 2021 Conference and 2021 Webinars; b) the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on massage education; and c) issues of diversity and racial disparities in massage education.
Our annual survey is one way for us to listen to you, our community, and ensure that we are responding to your voice. We hope as many massage educators as possible will participate in our annual survey to assess needs and desires from our community. As an independent voice for the massage education community, it is important to get the direct feedback. We plan to tailor our upcoming webinars and conference program based on the survey responses. 2021 Call for Speakers
As of the fall 2020, the AFMTE has decided to go all virtual for our 2021 conference! We will be holding our next in-person event in July 2022 in Austin, TX!
If you would be interested in being a presenter at our 2021 Virtual Conference – ranging from being a Keynote Speaker to a presenter for a breakout session – the AFMTE Conference Planning Committee invites you to complete the Presenter Application by February 1, 2021.
