This PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) one day seminar will teach you some safe and easy to use tools, for when problem areas arise that cannot be solved with massage alone. You will be able to help your clients prevent soreness and injuries, while improving performance and blood flow.? Students will learn how to combine PNF techniques with their current knowledge of friction, to release fibrotic tissue.? Students will learn when to stretch and when to strengthen.
